Rapid Fitness Solutions, Gym Equipment SERVICING in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London, UK.

Rapid Fitness Services can be provided on a Time and Materials basis, or with one of our Service contracts tailored to meet your individual needs.

Regular Servicing is extremely important as it can prevent breakdowns and the inconvenience of machines being out of order. This is a much more cost effective and professional way to run your facility, increasing customer retention and reducing the costs of expensive major fault repair or machine replacement.

If you chose to have your equipment serviced we would quote for the work depending on number & type of machines. Should you choose to go ahead we would arrange a convenient time for our Engineer to do the Service as described below. You would then receive a written report giving details of any recommendations.

If you choose one of our service contracts you will get either one or two services per annum, depending which option you choose, included in the cost of the contract. You will also be guaranteed a 24 hour response to callouts on weekdays and a cheaper callout and labour rate. We also endeavour to provide a designated engineer to ensure familiarity with your site, staff & equipment.
